Celebrity Services

As part of the Celebrity Services team, you meet and interact with Celebrators of different walks of life. Celebrity Services is an important role as you are the first service touch-point that our Celebrators and guests meet on a daily basis. You are our primary brand ambassador who represents the image and brand of Celebrity Fitness.  

Responsibilities:

• Providing a welcoming atmosphere at the club
• Responding to members’ enquiries and feedbacks
• Providing support to Membership Sales and PT team
• Implementing all club SOPs

Excellent communication skills

Fun and energetic

Winning smile and personality

Strong customer service orientation

High attention to details 

Nice to have:

Experience as customer service in retail or fitness center

Passion for fitness
