Celebrity Fitness Personal Training program provides constant challenges, evolves with your fitness level and produces the results you want. Our exclusive 5-STAR METHOD™ consists of five progressively challenging stages, each with a rotating focus on either: Nutrition Advice, Strength & Conditioning, Balance & Coordination, Flexibility & Wellness, and Advanced Training, which keep your body stimulated while you achieve new levels of fitness.

The 5-STAR METHOD™ is designed to continuously stimulate your body through progressive exercises and movements so you avoid the effects of reaching a plateau. By frequently introducing your body to new and demanding stimuli, you will see the benefits to body and mind throughout the life of your training program.

5-STAR METHOD™

  • 5-STAR METHOD™ Stage 1 - NUTRITION ADVICE
    This is where every good program should start; we believe that you are what you eat. So making the important changes to your food can make all the difference.
  • 5-STAR METHOD™ Stage 2 - STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
    The goal of this conditioning phase is to build a strong fitness foundation. Your body fat percentage will decrease as your strength, and cardiovascular capacity increase. This program phase sets you for Stage 3 you will probably start to get compliments about the changes in your shape.
  • 5-STAR METHOD™ Stage 3 - BALANCE & COORDINATION
    Here we put greater emphasis on core development to enhance overall physical output. Because greater demands are placed on the neuromuscular system, fat loss and strength gains continue ultimately resulting in the achievement of skills that enhance proficiency in daily movement or athletic performance.
  • 5-STAR METHOD™ Stage 4 - FLEXIBILITY & WELLNESS 
    Adding a wellness and stretching program, you will soon notice many benefits, increased energy levels,increased flexibility, better joint mobility, greater blood circulation, stress relief, enhanced muscular coordination, improved posture, greater sense of well-being. Even more incredible benefits we find our  clients achieving great improvement and sometimes complete healing from arthritis, headaches,  back/neck/shoulder pain, bursitis, depression, fatigue.
  • 5-STAR METHOD™ Stage 5 - ADVANCED TRAINING
    In this advanced training phase, your program will be brought to a higher level to achieve optimal fitness and highly specific goals. Techniques relating to a specific sport or activity may also be addressed during this stage, or skill complexity may be advanced to continue the challenge. Once the other four stages are completed, the training program goes back to the first cycle, but at a more advanced level.

It is often wrongly assumed that the harder you workout, the better results you’ll see. The right training program can “teach” your body to burn more calories from fat, while preventing plateaus and over-training.

To get the most out of your fitness routine, you should teach your body how to workout and be metabolically efficient at various levels of intensity.

Your individualized profile will help us determine your customized cardiovascular program, which helps identify and improve the intensity levels (and heart rate training zones) at which you most efficiently burn fat for energy.
Before you begin your 5-STAR METHOD™ training program, your profile will likely reflect an inefficient use of fat versus carbohydrates for fuel. While you are exercising aerobically (at lower intensities), fat utilization will peak and then begin to taper off as your heart rate increases. As you move toward your anaerobic threshold, your body will become less able to use fat to fuel your working muscles.

Your dedication to the prescribed program will result in an expanded fat burning window as you become more metabolically efficient at higher training intensities.
