So you can’t lose weight in time for that year-end bash but you can define your shape. Specialising in rapid results, training coach Emelda Vincent-Gomez of Celebrity Fitness demonstrates a complete head-to-toe body workout. These moves will help you lose those love handles and streamline your silhouette for the New Year. Just do two rounds of this workout, three days a week.

1.       Crabwalk

FOR YOUR ARMS AND CALVES

Sit with your knees bent and your feet palms flat on the floor. Hold your torso, butt and thighs slightly above the ground. Take a step forward with your right hand with your left foot. Do the same with your left hand and your right foot. Keep doing the same thing without lowering your torso and butt back and forth. Do this 10 times.

2.       Isometric Push-Up

FOR YOUR TRICEPS AND BICEPS

3.       T-Stabilizer

FOR YOUR ABDOMEN

Get into a push-up position. As you rotate your body to the right, shift your weight to your left hand. Raise your right hand into the air so that your torso and arms forms a T. Hold this position for two seconds before returning to starting position. Do eight to 10 times on each side.
