In the last year we have taken great strides to remain cutting edge, as we continue to be industry leader in Personal Trainer Education. The way the World is doing fitness is changing at a fast rate, with the introduction of new products TRX Suspension Trainer™, TRX Rip Trainer™ & Vipr® so we too are changing; we have invested over $1,000,000 in our training curriculums.

We believe having your own Personal Trainer makes all the difference. We have thought ahead for this reason and we are here for our members to make a positive contribution to their life’s, helping them to quickly get to where they what to be. Our goal is to make you fall in love with fitness. We are fighters in the battle against sedentary lifestyle.

When you first join us we have three exciting complimentary sessions to help you get on the right path:

  • Your first session “Take Action™” we discuss your exercise history.
  • You will get a comprehensive fitness assessment.
  • This helps us determine how to design your individualized program.

  • “One On One” is your second session and it’s where you get to go through your individual program that we customize for you from the results of your Take Action™ session.
  • You get to learn the techniques that will get you to where you want to be.
  • You will see after this session the benefit of having your own trainer and you may end up purchasing extra sessions, or going by yourself.

  • On your third session you will have a wonderful time working out with a small group.
  • Learn the benefit of functional training with a focus on core.
  • Meet people who are also wanting to make a change.

If you decide to take one of our packages, we then address your unique individual desires even more, enabling you to move to a high level of fitness. Now you will quickly start to see changes to your shape, leaving you feel more powerful, and energized.

TIME TO GET PERSONAL

Your journey to a higher fitness level begins by understanding that your personality, skills and objectives are important to determining who your personal trainer will be. Begin with your current skills and objectives. What fitness experience do you have? What would you like to accomplish in the next 6-8 weeks or over the next six months? Your answers will help you decide which standard of trainer is right for you and which package is appropriate.
