Aerobic, meaning ‘with oxygen’ is a term that was developed in the sixties when scientists realized that people with physical strength didn’t necessarily have the ability to, for example, run long distances. Today the term ‘aerobic’ brings to mind the fat burning exercises associated with cardiovascular activities that require a person to do sustained activity at a 60-85% of their maximum heart rate. Aerobic workouts increase lung capacity, strengthen the heart muscle so it takes less energy to pump blood through the body, and improve overall endurance and health.

Celebrity Fitness™ - Cycling Studio classes are for people with all levels of fitness.  This is an amazing way to slim & shape, improve cardiovascular fitness, lose weight, and increase your energy. We have different programs for you to experience, RPM™, Peloton™, & Freestyle. After warm up you will encounter riding to the pace of the music, hill climbs, active recovery, interval training, sprints, mountain climbs, a cool down and stretch. The best way to improving your fitness and seeing results is to train at the right intensity. We recommend you wearing a heart rate monitor so you can ride comfortably in your working zone.

Yoga Classes

Yoga focuses on harmony between mind and body. The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit language and means ‘union’ or ‘merger’. The ultimate aim of this philosophy is to strike a balance between mind and body,  eventually attaining self-enlightenment. To achieve this, Yoga uses movement, breath, posture, relaxation and meditation in order to establish a healthy, lively and balanced approach to life.
