As a Club General Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing the club’s membership, revenue, and profits through top-notch service. You’ll manage and motivate the Sales, Fitness, and Front of House crews to deliver the best member experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Scout: Find, recruit, and keep top talent for your club. Make sure your team is full of superstars!
  • Coach and Mentor: Help your team hit their goals and shine. Be the mentor they look up to.
  • Member Experience Guru: Make sure every member and guest has an amazing experience every time they walk through the door.
  • Business Whiz: Plan and execute business strategies to hit revenue targets and boost profits.
  • Budget Boss: Keep an eye on the numbers and make sure we’re meeting our monthly and yearly targets.
  • Standards Keeper: Maintain our high brand standards and ensure the club looks and runs great.
  • Community Connector: Get involved with local communities and organizations. Host events that promote fitness, health, and wellbeing.
  • If you're all about health and fitness, love the hustle of a dynamic environment, and have at least 3 years of experience managing a team with a track record of smashing revenue goals, we want to chat with you. Ideal candidates will have:
