As a Fitness Manager, you’ll lead and pump up a squad of Personal Trainers to deliver the ultimate fitness experiences for our members. Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Run the Show: Keep the Fitness Department rocking and rolling every day.
- Wow Members: Make sure every fitness experience is top-notch and leaves our members amazed.
- Boost the Biz: Build strong relationships with members, create fresh lead generation plans, and spot new business opportunities.
- Mentor Rockstars: Develop and support our Fitness Team Leaders to be the best they can be.
- Train the Crew: Support, train, and develop your crew of Personal Trainers.
- Fitness Checkups: Perform fitness checks to keep the club’s fitness experience on point.
