As a Sales Manager, you will lead a squad of Membership Consultants to crush membership sales, hit those revenue targets, and get more people started on their fitness journey. You’ll guide them on the best membership options and recommend products and services to support their health and fitness goals. Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Crush Sales Targets: Hit personal monthly sales targets and make sure your quad meets their sales goals too.
- Drive Club Expansion: Help the Club General Manager grow the club’s membership and boost revenue per member.
- Strengthen the Brand: Boost the club's revenue through new membership contracts, member referrals, personal training, longer member retention, and retail sales.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the sales crew and with other departments in the club.
- Manage the Crew: Work closely with the Club General Manager to ensure the sales squad is fully staffed.
- Promote a Healthy Lifestyle: Advocate for a healthy way of life and a positive image of the club.
- Build long-term relationships to ensure happy, loyal members.
